Ming-Chi Kuo: Apple’s Next iPad Mini 7 Won’t Fold

Apple is reportedly working on a new version of the iPad mini, but it won’t be a foldable device. This information was revealed by TF International Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo. There is currently no official confirmation from Apple about the release of this new iPad mini, but Kuo predicts it will be available either at the end of 2023 or in the first half of 2024. It has been about a year since the company launched the previous version of the iPad mini.

According to the analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, the main selling point of the upcoming iPad mini will be its processor. This suggests that the main updates to the device will be in terms of its specifications, rather than any significant design changes. Additionally, it is rumored that Apple may eventually replace the iPad mini with a foldable version in 2025. However, it is believed that the foldable version may be more expensive, making it less appealing as a replacement option.
